Steel C Plus Profile

C Plus (C+) profiles are cold roll-formed channels to EN 10162 with wide flanges and a fixed double lip — a 25 mm primary edge lip plus a 15 mm return toward the web. Compared with a standard single-lip C, the double lip and broader flanges raise local buckling resistance and load capacity, so the section suits heavier purlin, column and beam duty at a lower weight than hot-rolled alternatives. We produce to order from pre-galvanized S350GD+Z or DX51D+Z275 strip (EN 10346), or uncoated S235JR–S355JR cold-rolled strip.

Typical applications include purlins, stringcourses and facade profiles on industrial halls, and load-bearing columns, beams and roof trusses in warehouses, hangars, barns and light-gauge steel construction. Every size is made to order: cut lengths from 1 to 15 m (longer on project basis), with a minimum production run of approximately 500 kg per size and coating.
