Fabrication/Pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB)

Pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB)

Steel buildings engineered for your span, loads and site: tapered welded frames, cold-formed secondary members and optional cladding, shipped as a piece-marked bolted kit.

You send the building. We take off the steel.

This is not a catalogue quote. You do not pick HEA, box, or purlin sizes here. You send span, length, height, and loads — or drawings. We calculate the bill of materials and quote fabrication of that kit.

Typical sizes are only a starting grid so you can see area and bays. The price is the steel we take off for your project: frames, purlins, bracing, plates, and bolts, marked for your crew to erect.

Bay count assumes 6 m spacing for a first look. The quoted frame follows your loads, openings, and drawings.

What makes a building pre-engineered

A pre-engineered building (PEB) puts steel where the loads need it. Main frames are welded from plate with tapered webs — deep at the haunch, slimmer where the bending moment drops — instead of one rolled section along the whole member. Purlins and girts are cold-formed Z and C sections, lapped over the frames for continuity. On wider spans this usually needs noticeably less steel than a hot-rolled frame.

Each building is engineered for your span, length, eave height, roof slope, snow, wind and seismic loads, and any crane or mezzanine. We prepare the design, shop drawings and erection drawings. Frames, secondary steel, bracing and bolts — and, on request, trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panel cladding — are fabricated at our partner shops in Turkey.

PEB suits warehouses, factories and workshops, logistics and cold storage buildings, aircraft hangars, sports halls and agricultural buildings, as clear-span or multi-span frames. The building ships as a piece-marked kit with a packing list and erection drawings, for your local crew or erector to assemble.

Questions about this kit

How is a PEB different from a hot-rolled steel building?
A hot-rolled frame uses catalogue sections such as IPE or HEA along its full length. A PEB frame is built up from plate and tapered to follow the bending moment, which usually saves steel on wider spans. On small spans rolled sections can be just as economical, so we choose the frame type per project.
Do you design the building?
Yes. We carry out the structural design to the codes your project requires, such as Eurocodes, and prepare shop and erection drawings. Final approval and permits stay with the responsible engineer and authority in your country.
What do I need to send for a quote?
Span, length, eave height, site location (for snow and wind loads), doors and openings, and any crane or mezzanine. Drawings help but are not required — use the form below.

Bays assume a 6 m spacing. Volume is a first-look estimate (floor × mid-roof height), not a priced quantity. The quoted frame may differ once loads and openings are known.
