Which standards apply?

For Europe, execution to EN 1090-2 in the execution class your project specifies, welding to EN ISO 3834, and EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates. For projects elsewhere, state the code required with the request.

Do you erect the steel?

Not abroad. We deliver fabricated, piece-marked steel with erection drawings; erection is done by your team or a local erector.

Structural steelwork, from drawings to marked members

We fabricate structural steel for contractors, steel erectors and engineering firms that need additional shop capacity or a competitive source outside their own market. Typical scope: hot-rolled beams and columns (IPE, HEA, HEB, UPN), welded built-up plate girders, roof and bridge trusses, hollow-section frames, bracing, base plates, stiffeners, and bolted or welded connections.

Work is carried out at our partner shops in Turkey: CNC sawing and drilling, plasma and laser cutting of plate, MIG/MAG and submerged-arc welding, shot blasting, and primer, paint systems or hot-dip galvanizing. Structural work for Europe is placed with shops certified to EN 1090, with welding quality to EN ISO 3834. Mill certificates follow EN 10204 3.1.

Send IFC, DWG, PDF or a cut list. If only design drawings exist, our engineering team can prepare the shop drawings. Members are piece-marked, packed in erection sequence where useful, and shipped by truck or container with a packing list.
