- Takeoff from your dimensions or submitted drawings, and a clear fabrication scope — not structural design or permit drawings
- Cutting, drilling, and welding to the agreed specification
- Shop primer or the coating stated on the quote
- Piece marking, packing list, and erection drawings
- Bolt and plate sets for the steel kit
- Mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1) on request
Not included
- Site erection and supervision
- Foundations, slabs, and civil works
- Local building permits and design liability in your country
- Site erection cranes, site labour, and installation tools
Structural engineering and steel detailing
Not every buyer starts with a finished design. Our engineering team can take a project from dimensions and loads, or from architectural drawings, to a fabrication-ready package: structural analysis to the applicable codes, a 3D model, connection design, shop drawings and erection drawings.
If your engineer has already designed the structure, we prepare the shop drawings and material lists from that design and return the model for approval before fabrication starts.
Engineering is offered for projects we fabricate. Final approval of the design, and any permits, stay with the responsible engineer and authority in your country.
