Formula and example
Weight per m² = thickness (mm) × density (kg/dm³); one sheet = kg/m² × width × length (m).
kg/m² = t × ρ
Example: a 1,500 × 3,000 × 2 mm steel sheet weighs 15.7 kg/m², so one sheet weighs 70.65 kg.
