Use class 5 nuts on covers, brackets, light frames, furniture hardware, and general fabrication with 4.8 hex bolts or threaded rod. They are the wrong nut for 8.8 or 10.9 bolts: the nut threads can strip before the bolt yields. For vibration, a DIN 985 nylon-insert lock nut in class 5 is the usual upgrade; for a finished thread end use a DIN 1587 cap nut. Zinc or other coatings can be quoted.
