Stalen C-profiel

C profiles are cold roll-formed lipped channels to EN 10162, produced continuously from steel strip on roll-forming lines. The stiffening lips at the flange edges dramatically improve local buckling resistance, so a thin-walled C section carries loads far beyond what its weight suggests. We produce to order from pre-galvanized S350GD+Z or DX51D+Z275 strip (EN 10346) for outdoor structures, or from uncoated S235JR–S355JR cold-rolled strip for painted and indoor applications.

C profiles are the workhorse of solar PV mounting systems — piles, rails, and bracing on fixed-tilt and tracker structures — as well as purlins and side rails in industrial buildings, light-gauge steel (LGS) framing, mezzanines, and racking. Web perforations and mounting holes can be punched in-line to your drawing, and profiles pair with standard smart-screw and bolted connections for fast assembly. Every size is made to order: any cut length from 1 to 15 m (longer on project basis), with a minimum production run of approximately 500 kg per size and coating.
