Steel structures for aircraft and helicopter hangars
Hangars need large clear spans and a wide door opening on at least one side. The structure is usually built from long-span trusses or built-up frames, with a heavy door girder carrying the roof over the opening. Send the aircraft types, clear width and height, door size and site loads, or a design, and we quote fabrication.
Our engineering team can prepare the static analysis, 3D model and shop drawings, or we fabricate from your engineer's design. Hangar doors, overhead cranes and maintenance platforms can be included in the steel takeoff when their loads and positions are given.
Within Türkiye, erection can be included in the quote. For projects abroad the kit ships piece-marked with erection drawings for your crew or a local erector.

- Can you design the hangar structure?
- Yes. Our engineering service prepares the static analysis and shop drawings, or we work from your engineer's design.
- Do you supply the hangar doors?
- The door girder and door frame steel can be fabricated with the building. Door leaves and drive systems usually come from a specialist door supplier.
- How large can the span be?
- Span depends on the structural system and the design. Send the clear width you need and we confirm the structure with the quotation.
