Fabrication/Cold storage and logistics building
Cold storage and logistics building
Steel frames for cold stores, distribution centres and logistics halls — quoted as a marked kit, with sandwich panel cladding if you need it.
You send the building. We take off the steel.
This is not a catalogue quote. You do not pick HEA, box, or purlin sizes here. You send span, length, height, and loads — or drawings. We calculate the bill of materials and quote fabrication of that kit.
Typical sizes are only a starting grid so you can see area and bays. The price is the steel we take off for your project: frames, purlins, bracing, plates, and bolts, marked for your crew to erect.

Starting dimensions for a first takeoff — not stock buildings. Any span and length can be sent.

Bay count assumes 6 m spacing for a first look. The quoted frame follows your loads, openings, and drawings.

Steel buildings for cold storage and logistics
Cold stores and logistics halls are steel warehouses with demanding layouts: wide clear spans, many door and dock openings, and often insulated cladding. Send span, length, eave height, loads and the positions of doors and docks, or a drawing set, and we take off the frames, purlins, girts, bracing and bolts.
Cladding can be left out or quoted as sandwich panel. Insulation thickness and panel type come from your specification and the temperature you need inside.
Refrigeration equipment, insulated floors, dock levellers and doors are outside the steel kit; your specialist suppliers handle them. The kit ships piece-marked with erection drawings and a packing list.
Questions about this kit
- Do you supply the cold room panels?
- Sandwich panel cladding can be quoted with the kit. Internal cold rooms, refrigeration and insulated floors stay with your specialist suppliers.
- Can the frames carry roof-mounted equipment?
- Yes, if the loads and positions are given in the request. Send the equipment weights so the frames and purlins are sized for them.
- How do I get a first price?
- Use the hall designer or send drawings. You receive a price range quickly and a firm quote once the takeoff is complete.
