Fabrication/Laser cutting service
Laser cutting service
Laser-cut parts from your DXF files: sheet and plate on fiber lasers, tubes and profiles on tube lasers, with material supplied and bending or welding added when needed.
You send the DXF. We cut the parts.
Upload flat drawings with material, thickness and quantity. Before we quote, we check the files for scale, closed contours and details too small to cut cleanly.
The price covers material, cutting, deburring where specified and packing — per part and per batch.
Included
- File check for scale, closed contours and cuttable details
- Material supply, with certificates on request
- Fiber laser cutting of sheet and plate; tube laser cutting of profiles
- Deburring where specified on the drawing
- Parts labelled and packed by part number
- Bending, welding and coating on request
Not included
- Design or redrawing of parts from sketches
- Machining such as tapping or countersinking, unless agreed on the quote
- Non-metal materials such as wood or acrylic
- Import duties and local taxes in your country
Laser-cut parts, material included
Send flat part drawings (DXF or DWG) with material, thickness and quantity, and we price the cut parts with the material included. Our partner shops cut mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet and aluminium on fiber lasers, from thin sheet to heavy plate. Parts are nested to reduce scrap, deburred where specified and packed by part number.
Tubes and profiles — square and rectangular hollow sections, round tube and angles — are cut on tube lasers: length cuts, mitres, holes, slots and notches in one pass, so frames fit together without manual marking. Heavier plate can be cut by plasma or oxy-fuel where a laser is not economical.
Laser cutting is often only the first step. The same order can continue with bending, welding and powder coating, or with structural steel fabrication for plates, stiffeners and connection parts. Cut parts can ship together with sheet and profiles from our catalogue.
Questions about laser cutting
- What do I need to send?
- DXF or DWG files at 1:1 scale, one part per file or clearly labelled, with material grade, thickness, quantity and any finish. A PDF drawing helps when tolerances matter. Use the form below.
- Do you supply the material?
- Yes. Quotes include the sheet, plate or tube, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates on request. If you prefer to supply your own material, say so in the request.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Single prototypes are quoted, but cutting is most economical in batches, because setup and freight are shared across more parts. Larger quantities lower the unit price.
