Precision sheet metal fabrication
Sheet metal parts and assemblies made to your drawings — fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating and assembly in one order.
You send the files. We make the parts.
Upload DXF, STEP or PDF drawings with material, thickness, quantity and finish. We review the parts for manufacturability and point out anything that would add cost or risk before we quote.
The quote is per part and per batch, covering cutting, bending, welding, finishing and packing.
Included
- Manufacturability review of your drawings before quoting
- Laser cutting, CNC bending and welding to the drawing
- Powder coating or the finish stated on the quote
- Dimensional inspection against the drawing
- Assembly, labelling and packing to your instructions
- Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) on request
Not included
- Design and certification of your end product
- Machined or cast components, unless agreed on the quote
- Electrical and electronic components
- Import duties and local taxes in your country
Sheet metal parts, made to drawing
For OEMs, machine builders and product companies we produce custom sheet metal parts and welded assemblies: enclosures and cabinets, brackets, panels, chassis and frames, machine guards, housings, and components for retail displays and furniture. You send flat patterns (DXF) or 3D models (STEP); we check them for manufacturability, then cut, bend, weld, finish and assemble.
Our partner shops run fiber laser cutting, CNC press brakes, MIG/MAG and TIG welding with fixtures for repeat parts, and powder coating in any RAL colour. Typical materials are cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel, galvanized sheet, stainless steel and aluminium, from thin sheet to heavy plate. Parts are inspected against the drawing before packing.
Prototypes, small batches and serial production are all quoted. For repeat orders the flat patterns and bending programs are kept, so the next batch matches the first. Parts ship packed and labelled to your instructions, and can travel together with sheet, profiles or fasteners from our catalogue.
Questions about sheet metal parts
- Which files do you need?
- DXF for flat parts, STEP for bent parts and assemblies, and a PDF drawing with tolerances, material, thickness, finish and quantity. Use the form below.
- Do you take small quantities?
- Yes — prototypes and small batches as well as serial production. The unit price falls with quantity, because setup is shared across more parts.
- What finishes are available?
- Powder coating in RAL colours, wet paint or hot-dip galvanizing for steel; stainless steel and aluminium can also be left bare or brushed. State the finish and colour with the request.
