Produced to order in galvanized DX51D+Z steel, the Sigma+ indent and double lips raise buckling resistance for heavy purlins, columns and long-span structures.
Sigma+ 250x90x3.5 is the weight-optimized choice for heavy purlins, columns and long-span rafters where a standard Sigma or C is not enough. The deep web indent and double lips allow thinner material for the same performance, cutting steel cost and foundation loads on industrial and agricultural buildings. At a nominal 14.79 kg/m and cut-to-length production from 1 to 15 m, material usage is optimized with no offcuts on site.
