Stalen U-profiel

U profiles are plain (unlipped) cold roll-formed channels to EN 10162, produced from steel strip with two parallel flanges and an open face. Without edge lips the section stays simple to slide over panels, boards, and flanges — which is exactly why plain channels are used as tracks, edge trims, and capping profiles. We roll them to order from pre-galvanized DX51D+Z275 / S350GD+Z strip (EN 10346) or uncoated S235JR cold-rolled strip.

Typical applications include top and bottom tracks in light steel framing, edge and closure channels on sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets, machine guards, cable and pipe routing, sliding-gate guides, and general fabrication. Because roll forming holds tight tolerances over long runs, U profiles arrive straight, uniform, and ready to fix. Production is to order with cut lengths from 1 to 15 m and a minimum run of approximately 500 kg per size and coating.
