Profil Oméga (chapeau) profilé à froid selon EN 10162, fabriqué sur commande à partir de feuillard prégalvanisé DX51D+Z / S350GD+Z (EN 10346) ou de feuillard laminé à froid non revêtu S235JR. Hauteurs de 40 à 100 mm, épaisseurs de 1,5 à 3 mm. Les ailes tournées vers l'extérieur offrent une face de fixation plane et facile d'accès des deux côtés. Coupe à toute longueur de 1 à 15 m. Utilisé comme rail de montage de panneaux solaires, profil de fourrure et de support, et ossature de convoyeurs ou de machines. Lot minimum de production d'environ 500 kg par dimension et revêtement.

Omega profiles — also called hat or top-hat sections — are cold roll-formed to EN 10162 with a raised crown, sloped webs, and two outward feet. The closed-trapezoid shape is exceptionally stiff in bending for its weight, and the flat feet give a continuous fixing face on both sides, so the profile mounts flush against panels, sheets, or structure with simple screws or bolts. We produce to order from pre-galvanized DX51D+Z275 / S350GD+Z strip (EN 10346) or uncoated S235JR cold-rolled strip.
Omega profiles serve as solar panel mounting rails on trapezoidal and sandwich roofs, furring and levelling profiles behind facade cladding, stiffeners on large sheet-metal panels, conveyor and machine substructures, and vibration-damping rails under floors and decks. Because both feet sit on the support, loads spread evenly and installation is one-sided and fast. Made to order with cut lengths from 1 to 15 m and a minimum production run of approximately 500 kg per size and coating.
