Fabrication/Poultry house

Poultry house

Long, narrow poultry houses fabricated as a steel kit — frames, purlins and bracing sized from your layout, with coatings chosen for the barn climate.

You send the building. We take off the steel.

This is not a catalogue quote. You do not pick HEA, box, or purlin sizes here. You send span, length, height, and loads — or drawings. We calculate the bill of materials and quote fabrication of that kit.

Typical sizes are only a starting grid so you can see area and bays. The price is the steel we take off for your project: frames, purlins, bracing, plates, and bolts, marked for your crew to erect.

Steel poultry houses, fabricated as a kit

Poultry houses are long buildings with repeated frames, so a steel kit keeps erection fast and predictable. Send span, length, eave height and loads, or the layout from your equipment supplier, and we take off the frames, purlins, girts, bracing and bolts.

Ammonia and humidity inside the house attack unprotected steel. Purlins and girts can be rolled from Magnelis (ZM) coated strip and frames can be hot-dip galvanized after fabrication; confirm the system with your engineer.

Openings for fans, inlets and doors are taken from your drawings so the framing leaves space for them. Within Türkiye, erection can be included in the quote. For projects abroad the kit ships piece-marked with erection drawings for your crew or a local erector.

Questions about this kit

Can the frames carry ventilation and feeding equipment?
Yes, if the equipment loads and positions are given in the request. Frames and purlins are then sized for them.
Which coating suits a poultry house?
ZM-coated purlins and hot-dip galvanized frames are common choices for ammonia-rich air. The final choice depends on the design life in your specification.
Do you supply the poultry equipment?
No. We fabricate the building steel; cages, feeders and climate systems stay with your equipment supplier.

Bays assume a 6 m spacing. Volume is a first-look estimate (floor × mid-roof height), not a priced quantity. The quoted frame may differ once loads and openings are known.
