The 360x75x2.5mm steel U profile is a cold roll-formed plain channel to EN 10162 with a 360 mm web, 75 mm flanges and 2.5 mm sheet thickness, weighing a nominal 10.01 kg/m. Produced to order in galvanized S350GD+Z steel, the open unlipped face slides cleanly over panels and boards, making it the standard track, edge and closure channel in light steel framing and general fabrication — supplied cut to your exact length. This variant is pre-galvanized structural strip S350GD+Z275 to EN 10346, minimum yield about 350 MPa. The zinc coating is already on the coil, which is why this is the standard grade for outdoor purlins and solar structures.

Applications & Usage
U 360x75x2.5 serves as top and bottom tracks in light steel framing, edge and closure channels on sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets, sliding-gate and door guides, machine guards, and cable or pipe routing in industrial fit-outs. Roll forming keeps the channel straight and uniform over the full length, so profiles arrive ready to fix. S350GD+Z275 is the usual specification for solar mounting, roof and wall purlins, and any outdoor structure that needs a structural yield plus a zinc coating from the mill.
