This variant is pre-galvanized forming-grade strip DX51D+Z275 to EN 10346. It is specified for formability and a zinc coating, not for a stated structural yield — use S350GD+Z when the profile is load-bearing.

Applications & Usage
U 160x92x2.5 serves as top and bottom tracks in light steel framing, edge and closure channels on sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets, sliding-gate and door guides, machine guards, and cable or pipe routing in industrial fit-outs.
