Omega (hat) profiles are roll-formed to your dimensions within the mill’s range: web 30–40 mm, flanges 30–70 mm with 90° bends, lips 30–40 mm and thickness 1.5–3 mm. There is no fixed size list — send your dimensions for a quote.
Typical uses: solar panel rails on trapezoidal and sandwich roofs, facade furring and support profiles, and machine substructures.
Materials: black steel S235, S355, S420, S450 and S500; pre-galvanized S350GD+Z275, S420GD+Z275 and Aluzinc; and Magnelis S350GD, S420GD and S450GD with ZM310 or ZM350 coating. Profiles are rolled on continuous roll-forming lines in lengths up to 25 m, with holes punched to your drawing. The minimum order is 5 t per size and material. Production holds an EN 1090-1 factory production control certificate (CE marking, structural components up to execution class EXC2 to EN 1090-2) and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
