Steel carports and canopy structures
Carports and canopies are open steel structures: columns, cantilever or portal beams, purlins and bracing. They can be designed to carry solar panels, so car parks, shopping-centre parking and EV charging stations double as solar installations. Send drawings or a layout with bay sizes, height and the panels or roofing you plan to use, and we quote fabrication of the steel.
Outdoor structures need lasting corrosion protection. Members can be hot-dip galvanized after fabrication, painted, or both as a duplex system, according to your specification.
Fabrication is done at certified partner shops in Turkey. Within Türkiye, erection can be included in the quote. For projects abroad the kit ships piece-marked with erection drawings for your crew or a local erector. Foundations, panels and electrical work stay with your installer.
Questions about this kit
- Can the canopy carry solar panels?
- Yes. Tell us the panel type, layout and weight; your engineer's loads then size the beams and purlins, and mounting rails can be included in the takeoff.
- Do you design the structure?
- We fabricate from your drawings or from the design of your engineer. Send what you have and we confirm what is needed for a quote.
- Galvanized or painted?
- For outdoor use, hot-dip galvanizing is the usual base. Paint can be added on top for colour; choose according to your specification.
