Prefabricated steel warehouse kits, quoted from a takeoff
A warehouse kit is fabricated steel for an industrial hall — not a catalogue of HEA or box sizes. You send span, length, eave height, and snow or wind loads, or a drawing set. We take off the members, plates, and bolts, then quote fabrication of that marked kit.
Frames are typically welded built-up or hot-rolled sections. Purlins and girts are cold-formed. Cladding can be omitted, or quoted as trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panel. EN 1090 partner shops are used for structural work destined for Europe.
Typical sizes such as 15×30 m or 20×40 m are starting points for a first look. They are not stock buildings. The quotation lists the steel we calculate for your loads and openings — the same way a fabricator prices a project, not a shelf item.

- Do I pick the steel sections myself?
- No. You send dimensions or drawings. We calculate the frames, purlins, bracing, plates, and bolt set, then quote that bill of materials as a kit.
- Are 20×40 m halls kept in stock?
- No. Typical sizes help you start a request. Each kit is fabricated to the span, length, loads, and openings on the enquiry.
- What is included in a warehouse kit quote?
- Primary frames, secondary members, bracing, connection plates, bolts, piece marks, packing list, and erection drawings. Cladding is optional. Site erection is not included.
