Stainless steel slip-on flanges in AISI 316 to ASME B16.5 / EN 1092-1 — the molybdenum-alloyed grade for flanged joints on 316/316L lines in chloride and chemical service.
Specify 316 slip-ons for marine and coastal installations, brine and seawater circuits, chemical dosing, and food plants using aggressive CIP chemistry. Keep the flange grade equal to the pipe grade to avoid preferential corrosion at the weld. Available sizes and classes are listed above.

The listed size is PN20 (ASME Class 150) DN100, or 4": 229 mm outside diameter, 190.5 mm bolt circle and 8 holes for ⅝" bolts, for pipe of 114.3 mm outside diameter. It does not mate with a DN100 PN16 flange, which has a 180 mm bolt circle and M16 bolts. For other sizes send a quote request and we confirm availability.
