Stainless steel conical unions in AISI 304 (DIN-style welded union with conical seat) — a three-part demountable joint: two weld ends and a threaded coupling nut sealing metal-to-metal on the cone.
Conical unions let you open a welded stainless line without cutting: around pumps, valves, instruments, filters, and any component needing periodic removal. The metal-to-metal cone seals without a gasket, tolerating steam and CIP temperatures. Select the size matching your tube OD from the table above; 316 versions are available for chloride service.
