Applications & Selection Guide
Stainless steel blind flanges in AISI 304 to EN 1092-1 Type 05 — solid discs drilled to the standard bolt pattern, closing flanged joints without welding.
Blinds seal off spare nozzles on stainless tanks and vessels, terminate future-expansion points, and blank lines during pressure testing — all reversible by unbolting. Match PN and DN to the mating flange from the table above and use a gasket compatible with your process medium and CIP chemistry.
Quoted and sold per piece. Send PN, DN, quantity, and destination in a quote request; matching gaskets and stainless bolt sets available.
Listed sizes are PN16 from DN15 to DN400. DN15 has a 95 mm outside diameter and 4 × M12 bolts; DN400 has 580 mm and 16 × M27. Up to DN150 a PN16 blind also fits PN10 flanges; from DN200 the bolt patterns differ, so state PN10 in the quote request when the mating flange is PN10.
