Aluminium U Channel 53mm x 10mm x 1.5mm

The 53mm x 10mm x 1.5mm aluminium U channel is a precision-extruded profile made from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, offering excellent corrosion resistance, smooth surface finish, and ease of fabrication. Its wide 53 mm base and low 10 mm leg height make it ideal for applications requiring a broad support surface with minimal vertical profile. The 1.5 mm wall thickness provides a good balance between strength and lightweight performance.

Commonly used in track systems, cover trims, edging, and panel support, this U channel is easy to cut, drill, and machine for custom installations.

Supplied in standard 6-metre lengths with a mill finish, it can also be anodised or powder coated to improve durability and achieve specific aesthetic requirements.
