Aluminium U Channel 9.2mm x 22mm x 1.1mm

The 9.2mm x 22mm x 1.1mm aluminium U channel is a compact, lightweight profile extruded from EN AW‑6063 alloy in T5 temper. With its slim 1.1 mm wall and 22 mm leg height, it offers clean edges and precise fit for trim, edging, and light framing where low weight and neat appearance matter.

This channel is ideal for panel retention, LED strip housings, display fixtures, and protective edging in furniture, shopfitting, and general industrial assemblies. It machines easily—cutting, drilling, and punching are straightforward—and it maintains good corrosion resistance for indoor and moderate outdoor use.

Supplied in 6‑metre standard lengths with smooth mill finish. Anodising or powder coating is available on request to improve durability or achieve specific aesthetic requirements.
