Description

The 12mm x 12mm x 1mm aluminium U channel is a compact, lightweight profile extruded from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, combining excellent corrosion resistance with easy machinability. Its equal leg height design and slim 1 mm wall thickness make it ideal for light-duty structural applications where precision, clean lines, and minimal weight are essential.

This U channel is widely used in furniture manufacturing, display systems, signage frames, and architectural trim work. It offers smooth edges for safe handling, and can be easily cut, drilled, or shaped to suit custom requirements.

Supplied in a mill finish as standard, it can also be anodised or powder coated to improve durability and enhance aesthetics.
