Description

The 45.4mm x 21mm x 1.3mm aluminium U channel is a lightweight, precision-extruded profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, delivering excellent corrosion resistance, smooth surface quality, and easy machinability. Its 45.4 mm base width and 21 mm leg height provide a broad support surface with moderate side coverage, while the 1.3 mm wall thickness keeps the profile light and cost-efficient.

Commonly used in panel framing, edging, display systems, and architectural trim, this U channel is easy to cut, drill, and machine to meet specific fabrication needs.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish, it can also be anodised or powder coated to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal.
