Description

The 42mm x 35mm x 1.3mm aluminium U channel is a lightweight yet durable profile extruded from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, offering excellent corrosion resistance, smooth surface finish, and easy machinability. Its 42 mm base width and 35 mm leg height provide generous coverage for framing and edging applications, while the 1.3 mm wall thickness keeps the profile light and easy to handle.

This U channel is ideal for panel framing, display systems, protective edging, and architectural trim in both commercial and decorative projects. It can be easily cut, drilled, and machined to suit specific fabrication needs.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish, anodising or powder coating is available on request for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
