The 35mm x 35mm x 2mm aluminium U channel is a versatile, equal-leg profile extruded from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, offering excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and ease of fabrication. With equal 35 mm base and leg dimensions, it provides balanced coverage for a variety of applications, while the 2 mm wall thickness delivers reliable strength without adding excessive weight.

This U channel is commonly used in panel framing, protective edging, display systems, and architectural trim, both in commercial and industrial environments. It is easy to cut, drill, and machine for custom fabrication needs.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish, it can also be anodised or powder coated for enhanced surface protection and improved aesthetics.
