Description

The 27mm x 25mm x 1.2mm aluminium U channel is a versatile, precision-extruded profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, offering excellent corrosion resistance, smooth surface quality, and reliable performance. Its 27 mm base width and 25 mm leg height provide balanced coverage and panel support, while the 1.2 mm wall thickness keeps it lightweight and easy to handle.

Suitable for panel framing, edging, display systems, and architectural trim, this U channel can be easily cut, drilled, and machined for custom fabrication.

It is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish, and anodising or powder coating is available upon request for enhanced durability and visual appeal.
