Description

The 25mm x 12mm x 1.65mm aluminium U channel is a sturdy, precision-extruded profile made from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, providing excellent corrosion resistance, smooth surface finish, and reliable strength. Its 25 mm base width with 12 mm leg height creates a low-profile yet wide support, making it ideal for applications where stability and clean lines are essential. The 1.65 mm wall thickness offers added rigidity without excessive weight.

Commonly used in track systems, edging, framing, and architectural trim, this U channel is easy to cut, drill, and machine for custom fabrication.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish, anodising or powder coating is available on request to enhance surface protection and aesthetics.
