The 21mm x 21mm x 1.1mm aluminium U channel is a lightweight, equal-leg profile extruded from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, combining good corrosion resistance with easy machinability. Its equal 21 mm base and leg dimensions provide balanced coverage for a wide range of light-duty applications, while the 1.1 mm wall thickness keeps the profile economical and easy to handle.

Commonly used in edging, light framing, display systems, and architectural trim, this U channel is simple to cut, drill, and machine to suit custom fabrication needs.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish, it can also be anodised or powder coated for improved durability and appearance.
