Aluminium T Section 40mm x 40mm x 1.5mm

The 40mm x 40mm x 1.5mm aluminium T bar is a lightweight, symmetrical T section extruded from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With a clean 1:1 geometry and moderate wall thickness, it offers an excellent balance between structural support and design flexibility for architectural, decorative, and modular framing applications.

This aluminium T profile is commonly used in partition frames, panel edges, display structures, interior fittings, and light-duty framework. Its corrosion resistance and smooth surface make it well-suited for anodising or powder coating, especially in applications with visual or environmental exposure.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish. Optional surface finishes and cut-to-size services are available for project-specific and high-volume orders.
