Description
The 50.2mm aluminium round bar is a precision-extruded solid rod produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Slightly exceeding the standard 50mm diameter, it offers enhanced load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability for custom-engineered solutions where exact sizing matters.
This profile is commonly used in the production of large shafts, structural supports, rotating components, and precision-machined parts in mechanical engineering, construction systems, and transport equipment. Its corrosion resistance and smooth surface make it suitable for demanding environments and further processing such as CNC machining and anodising.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a clean mill finish. Optional surface treatments, including powder coating and anodising, are available upon request. Cut-to-size and special production services can be arranged based on order volume.
