Description
The 60.4mm x 25.4mm aluminium flat bar is a solid and wide-format profile extruded from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. It is engineered to deliver structural stability and corrosion resistance in demanding applications across industrial and architectural sectors.
With its 25.4 mm thickness, the bar offers high load-bearing performance, while the 60.4 mm width ensures excellent surface coverage and rigidity. It is commonly used in machine subframes, mounting brackets, reinforcement plates, and large structural fabrications requiring precision and strength.
Delivered in standard 6-metre lengths with mill finish. Custom surface treatments such as anodising or powder coating can be provided upon request. Compatible with cutting, CNC machining, drilling, and fabrication processes.
