Aluminium Flat Bar 49.6mm x 3mm

The 49.6mm x 3mm aluminium flat bar is a lightweight yet broad-faced extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its low thickness combined with a nearly 50 mm width makes it ideal for covering, bracketing, and non-load-bearing applications where surface area is more important than bulk.

This profile is widely used in edge trims, panel reinforcements, signage frames, decorative cladding, and lightweight structural assemblies. The 3 mm thickness provides adequate rigidity while remaining easy to cut, drill, and machine in volume production environments.

Supplied in a standard mill finish, the profile is also available with anodised or powder-coated options to meet environmental durability or visual design requirements.

Each bar is delivered in standard 6-metre lengths. Cut-to-size options and surface treatments can be arranged for bulk and project-specific orders.
