Description

The 37.6mm x 5mm aluminium flat bar is a medium-to-heavy-duty extruded profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its non-standard 37.6 mm width and solid 5 mm thickness, this profile offers both extended surface coverage and excellent rigidity—ideal for industrial applications requiring dimensional stability and strength.

This profile is commonly used in custom brackets, machine guards, architectural detailing, and modular framing systems. The increased width supports broader mounting or fastening zones, while the 5 mm thickness resists flexing under operational loads.
