Description
The 250mm x 20mm aluminium flat bar is a heavy-duty extrusion profile produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its substantial width and thickness, this profile offers outstanding strength, stability, and surface area—making it suitable for high-load structural applications and large-scale industrial assemblies.
Common uses include heavy frameworks, base plates, large machine beds, industrial reinforcement systems, and custom fabrication projects requiring both rigidity and precision. Despite its size, the profile remains easy to cut, drill, and machine, ensuring smooth integration into volume production workflows.
Supplied in mill finish as standard, with optional anodising or powder coating available upon request. Each bar comes in standard 6-metre lengths. Custom cutting and surface treatments can be arranged for bulk orders.
