Steel bridge and footbridge fabrication
Bridge work covers plate girders, box girders, truss bridges and pedestrian footbridges. We fabricate from your bridge design and shop drawings, with segments sized for road and sea transport and splices for site assembly.
Bridges need strict quality control: welding procedures, non-destructive testing and full traceability of material. Tell us the execution standard and testing requirements in the request; EN 10204 3.1 certificates are available.
Within Türkiye, erection can be included in the quote. For projects abroad the kit ships piece-marked with erection drawings for your crew or a local erector.
Questions about this kit
- Do you design bridges?
- We fabricate from the design of the responsible bridge engineer. Our team can prepare shop drawings and assembly sequences from that design.
- How are long girders shipped?
- Girders are split into segments that fit road and sea transport, with bolted or welded site splices as the design specifies.
- Can the steel be painted or galvanized?
- Yes. The corrosion protection system follows your specification, for example a multi-coat paint system or hot-dip galvanizing.
