Our 17mm A/F Brass hexagon bar is manufactured to EN 12164 using CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N) free-machining brass. This solid flat bar weighs approximately 2.127 kg/m and is supplied in a natural mill finish. Excellent machinability makes it ideal for turned parts, fittings, valves, fasteners, and precision components.
This free-machining Brass hexagon bar is commonly specified for valve components, plumbing fittings, fasteners, connectors, and general machining. The 17mm A/F cross-section provides reliable strength for fittings and turned components. The natural mill finish is ready for machining, turning, and drilling. Available in standard lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 3m; stock can be cut and machined to your exact requirements.
