This is not a catalogue quote. You do not pick HEA, box, or purlin sizes here. You send span, length, height, and loads — or drawings. We calculate the bill of materials and quote fabrication of that kit.
Typical sizes are only a starting grid so you can see area and bays. The price is the steel we take off for your project: frames, purlins, bracing, plates, and bolts, marked for your crew to erect.

- Shop drawings review and a clear fabrication scope
- Cutting, drilling, and welding to the agreed specification
- Shop primer or the coating stated on the quote
- Piece marking, packing list, and erection drawings
- Bolt and plate sets for the steel kit
- Mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1) on request

- Site erection and supervision
- Foundations, slabs, and civil works
- Local building permits and design liability in your country
- Cranes, site labour, and installation tools
Custom fabricated steel from your drawings
Custom work covers everything that is not a standard hall: mezzanines, platforms, stairs, walkways, canopies, and one-off welded assemblies. You send PDF, DWG, or a share link. We take off the parts and quote fabrication only.
We do not take site erection, civil works, or local permits. The deliverable is marked steel, a bolt list where relevant, and a packing list your team can erect from.
This is the same takeoff model as a warehouse kit, without a typical-size grid. The drawings define the bill of materials. We do not ask you to pick catalogue beams unless you already have a cut list.
Questions about this kit
- What file types can you quote from?
- PDF, DWG, and a WeTransfer or Drive link are enough for a first review. IFC or a part list helps on larger assemblies.
- Do you design the structure?
- We quote fabrication from your drawings. Local design responsibility and permits stay with your engineer. We flag unclear or unbuildable details before we price.
- Can this ship with catalogue steel?
- Yes. Fabricated kits and stock profiles, fittings, or fasteners can be combined in one shipment when it helps the project.
