Carbon steel slip-on flanges to ASME B16.5 / EN 1092-1 that slide over the pipe end and are secured with two fillet welds — one outside, one at the bore. Lower cost and easier fit-up than weld-neck, with no need for precise pipe cut length.

Slip-ons are the workhorse for utility piping, water and air systems, and equipment connections at moderate pressures. Fit-up tolerance makes them popular for field assembly and retrofits. For high-pressure, cyclic, or fatigue-critical lines, specify weld-neck instead. Select PN/class and size from the table above.
