Carbon steel butt-weld reducing (unequal) tees when the branch differs from the run size. Used for take-offs, instrument branches, and staged header reductions on welded carbon systems. Quoted and sold per piece.
2 sizes available
Carbon steel reducing tees to EN 10253 / ASME B16.9 with a branch outlet smaller than the run. The integrally formed reduction eliminates the separate reducer-plus-tee combination, cutting two welds from every branch point.
Reducing tees serve take-offs from headers to smaller consumers: instrument and sampling connections, branch feeds to equipment, and stepped distribution networks. Specify run OD × branch OD from the table above. For very small branch-to-run ratios, a weldolet on straight pipe can be an alternative — ask if your combination is not listed.
Quoted and sold per piece. Include the run × branch size, quantity, and destination in your quote request for pricing and lead time.
