Carbon Steel Plate Flange

Carbon steel plate flanges to EN 1092-1 (Type 01), machined from plate with a flat face for gasket sealing. The simplest and most economical flange type for welded connections on low- and medium-pressure systems.

Plate flanges suit water lines, HVAC circuits, tank nozzles, ventilation ducting in steel, and general utility piping where PN6–PN16 ratings are sufficient. For higher pressures, thermal cycling, or critical service, step up to a weld-neck flange. Select PN class and DN size from the table above and pair with a matching gasket and bolt set.
