Carbon Steel Butt-Weld Elbow 180°

Carbon steel 180° butt-weld return bends to EN 10253 / ASME B16.9, reversing flow direction in a single fitting with both ends bevelled for welding. Long-radius geometry keeps the flow path smooth through the full U-turn.

Return bends are the standard building block of heat-exchanger coils, boiler and economiser banks, serpentine heating circuits, and any layout where parallel pipe runs must be connected end-to-end. Using a single 180° return instead of two welded 90s halves the weld count and improves reliability. Available ODs are in the table above.
