Carbon steel blind flanges to EN 1092-1 (Type 05) — solid discs drilled to the standard bolt circle, closing off a flanged joint without welding.
Blinds terminate flange pairs at future connection points, isolate equipment nozzles, and seal lines for hydrostatic testing. Because the joint is bolted and gasketed, it can be reopened at any time — the demountable counterpart to a welded cap. Match the PN class and DN to the mating flange from the table above.
Quoted and sold per piece. Include PN, DN, quantity, and delivery country in your quote request; gaskets and bolt sets can be quoted with the flanges.
Blinds are listed in PN6, PN10/16, PN16, PN25 and PN40 from DN15 to DN350. The PN must match the mating flange, not only the DN: a DN100 PN10/16 blind has a 220 mm outside diameter, 180 mm bolt circle and 8 × M16 bolts, while a DN100 PN25/40 blind has 235 mm, 190 mm and 8 × M20. Up to DN150, one PN10/16 blind fits both PN10 and PN16 flanges.
