Carbon Steel Blind Flange

Carbon steel blind flanges to EN 1092-1 (Type 05) — solid discs drilled to the standard bolt circle, closing off a flanged joint without welding.

Blinds terminate flange pairs at future connection points, isolate equipment nozzles, and seal lines for hydrostatic testing. Because the joint is bolted and gasketed, it can be reopened at any time — the demountable counterpart to a welded cap. Match the PN class and DN to the mating flange from the table above.
