Description

The 161mm x 30mm x 2mm aluminium U channel is a wide-base, precision-extruded profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 alloy in T5 temper, offering excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and smooth surface quality. Its extra-wide 161 mm base and 30 mm leg height make it ideal for applications requiring broad coverage and secure panel support, while the 2 mm wall thickness provides reliable strength without excessive weight.

This U channel is suitable for architectural trim, track systems, protective edging, and custom framing in both commercial and industrial settings. It can be easily cut, drilled, and machined to meet specific design requirements.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish, anodising or powder coating is available for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
