Description
The 40mm x 40mm aluminium square bar is a structural-grade extruded profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its large and uniform cross-section ensures excellent load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and machinability for demanding industrial applications.
This profile is commonly used in machinery frames, construction supports, platform assemblies, custom fabrication, and welded structures. Its geometry allows precise machining, drilling, and surface treatment processes, making it highly adaptable for both indoor and outdoor systems.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a clean mill finish. Optional powder coating or anodising is available to meet aesthetic or environmental protection requirements. Custom lengths and cut-to-size solutions are provided based on volume and technical specifications.
