Description
The 35mm x 35mm aluminium square bar is a heavy-duty extruded profile produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its larger cross-section delivers enhanced mechanical strength and rigidity, making it well-suited for demanding industrial and structural applications.
This profile is commonly used in machine bases, equipment frameworks, fabrication projects, modular constructions, and custom load-bearing assemblies. It offers excellent performance in CNC machining, drilling, cutting, and welded fabrication processes. Its corrosion resistance and surface finish also make it suitable for coated or anodised applications.
Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with mill finish. Optional powder coating or anodising can be applied based on technical or aesthetic requirements. Custom lengths and cutting services available for volume orders.
