Aluminium Round Bar 6mm

The 6mm aluminium round bar is a precision-extruded solid rod produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its small diameter and excellent machinability, this bar is ideal for applications that demand tight tolerances and consistent surface finish.

Common uses include precision engineering parts, shafts, dowels, connectors, spacers, and light mechanical components. It is also widely used in the production of fixtures, tools, and custom CNC-turned parts where strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance are critical.

Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a clean mill finish. Optional powder coating or anodising is available upon request. Custom cutting and specific length production can be arranged based on project volume.
